Haven is a wellness-focused residential community in Dubailand, located in Wadi Al Safa 5 and facing Al Habtoor Polo Resort across the Dubai–Al Ain Road. It is developed by Aldar Properties in partnership with Dubai Holding and was Aldar’s first residential community in Dubai. The master plan covers almost 1M sq. m. and will deliver around 2,428 homes.
The Haven master plan arranges homes in seven residential clusters: Falls, Ferns, Glade, Oasis, Sanctuary, Serenity and Tranquillity. All of them surround a large central park. Shaded walkways and cycle paths link the clusters to the park, and the community is designed to LEED Gold and Fitwel 3-Star standards for healthy, sustainable living.
Haven villas and townhouses come in three collections:
Homes range from about 2,286 to 9,190 sq. ft., and buyers can choose between Blades and Tectonic exterior styles, wet and show kitchens and private pools. Verdes by Haven adds 1 to 3-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom duplexes overlooking the park and the polo club.
Daily needs are planned within the community. The plan includes a school, a nursery, a mosque, a retail hub with grocery stores and childcare. Residents also have a wellness concierge, housekeeping, car services and personalised concierge support.
Haven off-plan homes are sold through construction-linked payment plans that put a large share of the price at handover. The first two phases sold out soon after launch, a clear sign of buyer demand for wellness-led family living in Dubailand.

Haven has a peaceful, green character designed for families and professionals who value wellbeing and space. Shaded walkways, bike loops and nature trails connect each cluster to the parks, and the community has direct access to three major roads into the city.
Aldar has planned a school, a nursery, a retail hub with grocery stores and a community gym within the master plan, together with padel and basketball courts and a tranquillity pool. Theme parks, a polo club and golf courses are a short drive away.
