Fortimo is a Swiss real estate company founded in 2000 and headquartered in St. Gallen. The Fortimo Group develops, builds, holds, and operates residential properties and purpose-built real estate. Fortimo Dubai extends this experience to the UAE, where the company entered the market in 2015. Its Dubai activity has since included residential, serviced-living and hospitality developments alongside its established Swiss operations.
Fortimo Real Estate Development has built a selective Dubai portfolio spanning rental residences, hospitality and homes for sale. Its local projects include PRIVÀ Living in Arjan, opened in 2019, REVIER Hotel in Business Bay, opened in 2021, and The Golf Residence in Dubai Hills Estate. The latter marked the group’s first build-for-sale residential development in Dubai.
Fortimo Group follows an integrated development model, with capabilities spanning planning, construction, marketing, property management and financing. In Switzerland, the company states that it has planned and realised more than 3,500 residential units since 2000. In Dubai, Fortimo Real Estate Development has progressed from operating income-producing residential and hotel assets to developing owner-occupied homes, bringing its long-term property approach into a second international market.
